Volunteer
In lessons we are looking for volunteers who can commit 1 hour of their time the same time and day each week for at least 12 weeks. This simple act of consistency means the world to our riders and horses. When you volunteer consistently in the same lesson each week we will put you with the same team. This builds trust, creates meaningful bonds, and offers a sense of stability that many of our participants deeply rely on. But don’t worry we still have other options if you can’t commit to a consistent schedule.
How would this work

Sidewalkers
Walk beside our riders during a lesson to provide physical and
emotional support while they are on the horse.
LEAD
Horse Leader
They are responsible for handling and guiding the horse
during the lesson, helping maintain a steady pace and calm environment to
ensure a safe experience.

Administrative Support
Help with communication, scheduling, and office
work.
STEWARD
Barn Helpers
Assist with daily chores such as feeding, watering, cleaning
stalls and horse care.
