Create the perfect setting for your next event, training session, or competition with our state-of-the-art Outdoor Arena. Whether you’re hosting a riding clinic, equestrian event, or simply practicing, our arena offers the ideal space for riders and their horses.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to work with you when unexpected circumstances arise. However, due to the time and resources reserved for your event, the following cancellation policy applies to all arena and facility rentals:
With or without advance notice
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or written notice).
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled rental date will not incur additional fees, but the deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled rental may be subject to additional cancellation fees up to the full rental amount, at the discretion of Bit by Bit Therapeutic Riding Center.
Weather-related cancellations
- In the case of inclement weather, Bit by Bit will work with the renter to reschedule the event to a mutually agreeable backup date, based on facility availability.
- Arrangements to be made within 10 days of original date.
- If no rescheduled date can be agreed upon, the deposit remains non-refundable.
No notice cancellation
- Failure to show up on the scheduled date without prior written notice will be treated as a cancellation and may result in full forfeiture of all fees paid, including any future booking privileges.
